When will I get my order?
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 3-10 business days if you choose Registered Post Shipping. Shipping will be faster if you choose Express Post Shipping – please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders of $50 or more is free and will be shipped via Standard Post. Please do take into consideration that any discount applied to your order at checkout will affect your basket total. For orders less than $50, delivery costs will be according to the standard Australia Post shipping rates.
Can I send my order overseas?
Orders placed on our Australian website, prolox.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address.

Can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked via Australia Post using the tracking number received via your Order Despatch email or, if you checked out as a registered customer you can check within the “My Orders” page of your account. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
